Welcome to the Swedish Regional Airport Association (SRFF)
We make Sweden more accessible!
The Swedish Regional Airport Association (SRFF) is a cooperation for Sweden’s non-state owned airports. SRFF is coordinated by The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR).
SRFF’s main tasks are to promote and develop air traffic and thereby accessibility to all regions in Sweden, and to give the non state owned airports the same possibilities and conditions as the state owned airports have. To succeed with that task, the organization has influence on the Swedish government and concerned authorities.
SRFF has 35 member airports, 25 of them have scheduled traffic. The airports vary in passenger volume and geographic situation. SRFF member are from Pajala and Gällivare in the far north to Kristianstad in southern Sweden. Our largest member is Stockholm-Skavsta. An airport that has a very positive growth, with an increased number of routes and operators.
SRFF also have member airports that do not have scheduled traffic such as Falköping, Arvika, Gävle, Söderhamn, Eskilstuna, Lidköping and Västervik. These airports have an important roll to obtain accessibility to the regions. We are also proud to have Sweden’s largest airport, when counting number of runways, Ljungbyhed as a member.
Welcome to the Swedish Regional Airport Association and welcome to our member airports!
